As women over 35 a lot of the trending diets that we see; keto, intermitting fasting, 5:2 are wreaking havoc on the female body as our bodies don't work the same as they used to. By following these types of diets we are putting our bodies in a catabolic state and the work we have done in the gym becomes counterproductive.
