"When I first came to Mel I was really struggling with menopause symptoms and despite all the workouts I was already doing I wasn't changing shape or losing fat, so I joined the Menopause program to help me.

There was never going to be an overnight fix and I now understand it is a lifestyle change. "A big thank you to you for the guidance you have given me on this journey. There have been highs and lows throughout the process. The makeover has taught me how to nourish my body differently to how I thought it should be. At first it was a challenge trying to eat more protein and I think I over thought it a lot during those first few weeks. I have definitely seen an increase in my energy levels during the last three months, and sleep better.
